I’m Haitham Boughannam, the MEP Director at Boukzam PE Consulting, Inc. I bring extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for both residential and commercial projects. Over the years, I’ve worked on high-rise buildings, luxury developments, and complex renovations, ensuring every system is designed to be safe, efficient, and fully coordinated.

I’m passionate about bridging the gap between engineering requirements and real-world construction needs. I work closely with property managers, developers, and contractors to deliver solutions that are not only code-compliant but also practical and cost-effective.
